There was a problem with the functioning of the driver’s-side window, but it seems to have resolved itself. Chuck was amazing- very helpful and easy to work with. The front desk people were warm, courteous, and efficient.

They got the car done in a timely manner, and when I noticed something of concern, I returned to the shop. They took care of it, and supplied transportation for me to my house. I would highly recommend the Owings Mills Location, and they do good work, as well as have good customer service.

From my first conversation with until my last conversation has been the absolute best. Jim took his time to explain the process of repairs. As this was my first accident and this particular insurance company made getting my car repaired a long process. SDR stayed on top of the communication, with the insurance company and kept me informed every step of the way. They made me feel at ease with every phone call and my million questions. It didn’t matter Jim listened and assisted me in every possible way. i could have not found a better repair shop. If my car, a family member, friend, anyone I know need Collision work done to their car. I’m referring them To SDR !! They can use that line for a commercial lol. But seriously hands down the best customer service experience. 10/10!!

Still haven't received my car. Its closing on 4 months. When I was notified to pick it up, I had no brakes and parts were still not secured. I am very disappointed.

I was pleased with the body work done to the vehicle. They were very friendly, professional and even went out of their way to give me a ride to my home. I gave them 8 stars because I had to call off work because the repaired headlight stopped working on the first day.
