I love the every day daily reports on how my car was coming along the people that were working there Janeth was the lady that helped me and was very very helpful and very pleasant to deal with. It made my unpleasant experience very pleasant.

That is my problem,too much contact! Everyone was polite, but between the cutsie text updates and calls it was a bit much. If you have to have a problem, I guess that's the one to have! The car looks great and was even washed up/ dried on the rainy day O picked it up. I will recommend your services but will also warn of all the comtact. Thanks

The statuses provided by text were very much appreciated. The ladies at the front desk were friendly and professional. The gentleman that called me for estimate was also very pleasant.
