I’m really happy with my experience at Seidner’s Collision. Everyone was super nice and made me feel comfortable from the beginning. They kept me updated, finished everything on time and did an amazing job on my car, it looks brand new. I really appreciate the effort and care they put into their work. Definitely recommend!

Excellent attention to me as a Spanish speaking customer. They called to give me updates about the status of my vehicle. Kristine at the front desk was very kind and helpful and Merced was very friendly and he explained everything to me about my vehicle’s repair.

Mr Barajas is a truly professional. His customer care skills are noteworthy. The lady responsible for the administrative process is very efficient. I'm giving a 10 even though my window had some white smear on it. Maybe from the wax. They never rolled the window all the way down when they were showing me the finish work. The smear had harden. Hopefully I can get it off. But, other than that they were on time, friendly and courteous. The car looked good, except for the smear.

As all the time Merced excells in his customer service and quality of work. At the beginning I was concerned because my Kia vehicule is brand new and has many sensors. It was hit back while parked, I felt very sad. But the quality of my previous experiences at Seidners and the confidence that Merced gave me about the knowledge of his mechanics of Kia technology, changed my feelings. As ever before my car was ready super fast. Thank you Seidners and special thanks to Merced.
