From the time we took our car in, Aaron was very friendly as he went around checking the damage on the car. Took plenty of photos of all sides. He explained the work needed to be done, checked other scratches, paint, told us an estimated time it would take to complete the work. We had arraigned for a rental car while work was being done and even arraigned a ride to our rental agency. He kept us updated on progress ,provided the estimate. Work finished ahead of the time we thought it would take. Picked up the car, checked all around, looked as great as when I had purchased the car. Aaron told us to give him a call if anything would go wrong. We left the shop very happy.

Super and beyond helpful, every person was very nice and put my mind at ease if my car was at the right repair shop. I left knowing I made the right choice. I love how much they update you, I was also extremely pleased with how fast they got my car done a whole week early! I would recommend Seidners Collision to anyone!

The service was excellent from start to finish, beginning with the administrative staff. Most importantly, the mechanical work was outstanding. Great customer service. My vehicle was repaired within 1 week of dropping it off, the repair was excellent. Like brand new. Staff was very helpful and in constant communication. My overall experience was awesome!

You have a progress check link but if someone does not update it as you vehicle progresses through each stage then it is absolutely useless. I had to call and get the progress update myself, which I don’t mind, then don’t offer a progress link if your team is not going to utilize it.

Aaron did a great job communicating where we were with repairs complete in 2 weeks, 1 week earlier than promised. The car looks great, and Aaron said if I’m having any problems to simply bring it back in and he would take care of it. Great customer service, thank you team.
