I understand that the issue that I had with the delay of the estimate could've been a mistake so I would still recommend this shop because they did good work.

Overall the service was very good. The only issue was that the first time I visited the shop I had pictures taken of the damage to my car and I was told that an estimate was going to be sent to my insurance company. Almost two weeks later I found out that the estimate was never sent. It was a bit frustrating but luckily once I dropped off my car the service was quick and the work was very good.
