The office staff was great. Polite and courteous. The loaner vehicle, although dirty inside and clearly abused by people (which is sad) was appreciated. My rear bumper was replaced. There were scratches on the black (plastic). I saw them when I got to work that morning. This got me to think that someone should have walked the car with me and shown me what was done. No one did.

Only an 8 because no one shown me the vehicle when I picked it up. It would have been nice for someone to walk it with me. The office staff was great.
