SHADOW LAKE COLLISION CENTER Shadow Lake Collision Center is an independent, family-owned repair shop. Owned by Eric and Roma Dawson, Shadow Lake Collision Center is their second location. Their first operation, the well-known AA Collision Repair, was opened in 1975. In 2012 Shadow Lake Collision and AA Collision Repair merged into one location centrally located in Sarpy County at Hwy. 370 and 72nd St., just north of the entrance to Shadow Lake Towne Center. With over 20 years experience in the industry, Eric Dawson has set a standard for his company that is acknowledged throughout the metropolitan area. The only thing I really didn't care for was your automated update system that sent me text messages stating things like "we're halfway done," "we're nearing completion," Etc. And then come to find out it's just all automated from the assumptions when the work was first started. I would just as soon get no updates or a text/call when it was really nearing completion or halfway done, etc. Each time I got a text, I thought it really meant something, which it really didn't. Thank you!

This is the second time I've responded!? Just didn't appreciate the automated txt message updates, that I found out were just scheduled by the me it was brought in and anticipated finish from when it first went in. The last one especially that said we're nearing completion, so I called in about what that meant as we were trying to coordinate with the rental car place and was told that really didn't mean much as it was just scheduled automatically from the initial completion date anticipated. I would rather not hear anything, vs an automated text message and cause multiple calls in and return calls.

Magnanimous! My experience with Shadow Lake Collision Center could not have been more satisfying. The interactions I had with Steve and Kathy were my first indication I made the right selection. They seemed to be seamlessly integrated with my insurance company and rental car agency unburdening me from some of the busy work. As to the quality of work, I have nothing but praise for the visual magic that they did to restore my car. Great company that I highly endorse.
