SHADOW LAKE COLLISION CENTER Shadow Lake Collision Center is an independent, family-owned repair shop. Owned by Eric and Roma Dawson, Shadow Lake Collision Center is their second location. Their first operation, the well-known AA Collision Repair, was opened in 1975. In 2012 Shadow Lake Collision and AA Collision Repair merged into one location centrally located in Sarpy County at Hwy. 370 and 72nd St., just north of the entrance to Shadow Lake Towne Center. With over 20 years experience in the industry, Eric Dawson has set a standard for his company that is acknowledged throughout the metropolitan area. I would have a hard time recommending this shop. Please see all previous issues and I am sure you can understand. The quality of the workmanship on the paint and bodywork was great the attention to detail was lacking and thus three return trips.

I have had to return twice and I will still need to return a third time to fix my truck correctly. The first issue was a slight blemish in the clearcoat and the misalignment of my bed cover when it was reinstalled. The second time was due to opening my bed cover and noticing one of the mounting clamps just laying in the bed, a sawed off bolt head and washer from the removal, and 12-15 broken plastic tabs from the reinstalation of the bed box top plastic trim.

The initial meeting with Jason was outstanding. His attention to detail was spot on. However once the initial work was complete I have not heard from them in over 10 days about the replacement parts need to fix the broken bed trim.
