They had written down each of the areas that needed service, but didn't complete one area when they called me to pick up, so I had to come a second time to drop my car off to get the final work done. It was time consuming and inconvenient, but at least I didn't receive an additional charge (especially since they were only able to somewhat fix the issue).

originally we were told the repairs would take about a week. Ultimately it was nearly a month before I got my car back. Never once did anyone call me to let me know what was going on or give me any updates, I had ti repeatedly call to ask if the car was ready, and each time I called another week was added to the timeline for repairs. It was really frustrating to not know when I’d have my car back, to never have someone reach out to let me know why everything was delayed so significantly. When I called I was always spoken to kindly and respectfully and I appreciate that. The reasons given for delays mostly all made sense, I just really wish it wasn’t fully on me to keep calling to follow up, meanwhile i’m without a car for almost an entire month, never really knowing when it would be returned to me. I appreciated how everything was communicated with me at the very beginning and the helpful information about how to work with my insurance around the repairs.
