I was a little skeptical about taking my vehicle to a brand specific collision repair place when my vehicle is not that brand but I'm glad I went. It was by far the most pleasant experience and the best job that I've had at my many collision repair places

Was quick and I assume the recall work was performed correctly. I do seem to have a speaker rattle in the repaired door that wasn't there before, but I don't think asking for a speaker replacement on recall work is quite fair.

We knew from the start we wanted to bring our Toyota Highlander to Shawnee Mission Ford Collision Center. Unfortunately, we needed some repair about 3 years ago and we brought the Highlander here. They did such a nice job, that there was no where else we we go for body work. They did a wonderful job again and I don't believe the car has ever been that clean & shiny down to the tires and wheels when we picked it up. Thank you Shawnee Mission Ford.

We've had body work at SM Ford before.Both times they've got our Toyota Highlander right in and kept us informed of the progress. We could have gone to our Toyota dealer only 3 miles away. It has been well worth the 15 miles to SM Ford to get a first class job done.
