I noticed my stearing wheel is off center and I forgot to mention it when I took it in but it’s an easy fix I just wish I mentioned it because i only noticed it after the accident

My collision damage was done perfectly and looks like brand new from the factory! The repair was done in a timely fashion and received a courtesy vehicle during that time. The staff I interacted with were knowledgeable and answered all of my questions, thank you so much, great job!

Everyone was polite and kept me informed. If I had 1 negative. My car was a recall. I made an appointment at least a month after receiving the recall in the mail. Once I came in on my appointment, the service dept realized that I needed to go to the body shop. Once there, I was told they didn’t have the part and I would be notified when the part came in. They called when the part came in, which they did, had to set up another appointment. They asked to leave the car for a half day! Half day to replace a piece to stop making window noise. I’m not real happy with that department, I would of thought they knew of the recall, why didn’t they have the part in stock?

The young lady that dealt with the recall was so nice! Of course she was informed that it was a body shop recall. She immediately came to tell me that the car had to go over to the body shop. I appreciate when she kept me informed.
