The repair was excellent, my only problem was the communication. They said to allow for a week and it was there over two weeks with no call. I also tried to call multiple times and couldn’t get through.

Was a great experience I am now changing to Shawnee for my service appointments. I am no longer going to Victory Ford. There is a marked difference and even though it’s a longer trip I’m changing.
