Paula in the body shop is AMAZING. My vehicle looks great after the body work was completed. The communicated and kept me up to date with each step of the process. And this is why I chose SMF, even with it being 2 hours out of my way.

Took way too long but guess it was hard to find a fender for 2010 Ford. But it looks good now. Was washed clean.Noticed inside dash etc cleaned. Gals in the collision office very nice. Just hope no one else comes to compete stop ahead of me on a 40 mile an hour street. Thank you for taking care of it!

When I was asked, where am I taking my car I tell him Shawnee Mission Ford. I don’t wanna take my car anywhere else because they take care of my car. They care for my car as if it’s their own.

I’m gonna say this when I come to Shawnee Mission Ford and bring my car all the repairs that they do for me and for my vehicle I am very appreciative. They do a wonderful job. I appreciate their time their efforts they even make sure that if there’s something else that’s not right, they fix it too. Whatever it goes with the collision that is going on with my car.
