My experience with Shephard Body Shop was excellent. Dave really looked after my needs including getting a loaner car and letting me have my car back over the weekend so I could attend an event with friends out of state. I was able to take my car back the next Tuesday and have the final detailing done - and, again, I got that loaner so I could run some errands in Kalamazoo.

This was the first time I had been to Sheppards. They treated me as if it was one of their own cars being driven by one of their own teenagers. I appreciate their honesty and they were very reasonable with their prices. Would go there again and recommend to anyone needing repair work.
