Like I've already said, the work appears to be great. I just don't like being told after the fact that some third party was going through my vehicle and that this inspection caused a delay. I'm not certain I would have consented to that without my being present or having my own mechanic there. I have been having issues with the manufacturer and dealer for months now.

The repair itself was great. I wish the communication was a little more frequent regarding delays and other issues.

The actual service was excellent, but I wish there was more timely status updates when things were taking longer than I was initially told. I also am disappointed that I was not consulted before a third party investigator from the manufacturer was allowed to inspect (?) my vehicle. I still don't know who this person was or what they were doing.
