I guess since I was told Shepard was the best in the area, I guess I was underwhelmed at a job that cost over $700.00 I had to point out several areas that hadn’t been buffed and areas that were touched up by apparently a child or a person with no skill or pride in their work .

Everyone was very nice and respectful I got a loaner vehicle and my truck was done within 1 and a 1/2 weeks and looks almost like a new truck they did a great job. I will return if I or anyone I know ever needs body work

Shepherd did a good job of completing the work. They experienced some challenges along the way and were forthcoming in those challenges. They were able to offer me a loaner car due to the extended work to complete the job which saved me from having to get a rental car.

Great job plus the cleaning was a bonus. We brought in the Cadillac and now I have a leak again when it rains happened last time was in there. Also had Dodge truck and they did not tighten radiator cap fluid went all over and truck over heated. Good thing it is a diesel don’t think there is any damage
