This was my second visit at Silver Lining. Last year, it was due to collision. This year, it was due to hail damage. Both experiences were positive. If I had any questions or concerns, they addressed them. I was updated on the status of the services. I do not wish to need collision or hail repair but I would visit their location again.

Repair was great. Took a little longer than expected due to a mix up on the initial repair request.

Customer service was good overall. The first repair I had communication consistently throughout. The second repair I had little communication and had to follow up almost every step of the way until the end. I wish the second repair had just as much communication as on the first repair.
