I am very happy with the work done by Skagit Grand Central Auto Body. They did a very good job replacing my rear lift gate on my KIA Sorento after I was rear ended. They got the job done very quickly after they finally received the parts.

Great work! The work was done very quickly after the difficult time obtaining the part. The only negative is that in the rush to get my car back to me, the interior was not wiped down resulting in some sanding dust throughout the vehicle. It needed a good cleaning prior to the accident anyway., so no big problem. The interior was vacuumed very well though.

They did a “wipe down” after the headlight repair, which scratched the clearcoat badly. Why could they not just run it thru the car wash next door for $8.00? Now I have to polish and wax the car to make it look like new again. Dumb !

The mechanics and detail people were great. One gentleman whose name I don’t know apparently came in early to finish the job sooner than expected. Someone also cleaned the inside of the car and got all the dog hair out which was a neat trick.
