Initial consultation & estimate were completed on 6/6/25. After waiting one week, I learned that staff forgot to order parts. Parts were immediately ordered on 6/13/25, and staff went to extra measures to ensure that work was completed by 6/20/25, as my vehicle was needed by 6/21/25.
