The whole experience was great with getting the rental with enterprise there for when I dropped off and picked up my truck. However, there was some damages that the insurance and I did not catch on the initial estimate. I thought I said something about it when dropping it off but still have some damages on the left side of my truck. But all the bumper damages were completed.

Communication problems are fixable. Work quality of repair is good. If communication problem happens again then would be more a worry.

Had to call when car was not done in the 3-4 days estimated. Knew snow storm would delay but was not updated. And had to call when no one called to let me know it was done after re estimate 2 days. Had to call so could pay and pick up.
