No issue with the quality of the repairs

No issue with the quality of the work. The communication could have been better. We were given an estimated completion time and when we didn’t hear anything by that time we would call for a status update. This happened multiple times. It would have been much less frustrating if they had been proactive with the communication versus waiting for us to call them only to be told that the estimated time had been moved again.
