The only reason the vehicle was not done by the original promise date was there was a long delay in receiving the additional parts that needed to be ordered. It was not the shop's fault.

Snow hill auto is the best. There was a delay in getting parts but I (Ronae Mattei) was informed. This business is an asset to snow hill. I would recommend them highly

I had my truck repaired at snow hill auto body and could not be happier with the experience and results. The repairs were done in a very quick amount of time and they even returned it much cleaner then when I dropped it off, they even detailed the inside. I would not hesitate to go back in the future and highly recommend them

I did not talk to anyone at location. Wife vehicle and she talked to personal on site and by phone. She was very well pleased with everyone she talked to. Everyone was very helpful. She was kept informed of progress of repair.

Jason was so friendly and helpful. The older woman at the front desk was friendly and help me with some insurance questions . It was so nice I could pick up my rental right there. It was a great experience .

I was told the work on my car would take 1-1/2 to 2 weeks. The car had fairly minor side-swipe damage. It took over 4 weeks to get the car back, during which I had to rent a car. I’m completely satisfied with the work done but they need to do a better job of time estimate and communicating work progress.
