The front office staff, including reception, estimation, and insurance claim processing, were prompt, courteous, and competent. The work on my pickup was accomplished quickly, in spite of parts supply issues. The damage was repaired to "brand new" quality, and the finish painting was beautiful. I actually got unsolicited compliments the same day from two folks who were unaware that work had been done. I am completely satisfied with the whole experience, and would recommend Snow Hill Auto Body without reservation.
