I appreciate that Solomon’s Autobody was quick and remained in communication with me the whole time. However, they charged me for two hours of glass clean up and immediately when I opened the door to my car, I still saw many small pieces of glass out in the open. Clearly, they didn’t spend two hours cleaning. They also missed a large section when buffing the clear coat on my hood so it dried in the sun this darker dull color. I had to have them go back and fix it. They charge 30 minutes of labor to do an inspection of everything after fixing the car, clearly they didn’t do that since I was able to spot these things within a few minutes of seeing my car.

Everyone was very polite and the job was done quickly, however, the job was done poorly. The brand new hood was not buffed out correctly and therefore dull, darkened spots were all over the hood. There was also glass still in my car so even after being charged two hours for cleaning the glass and 30 minutes for checking it afterwards, it still wasn’t done properly.
