Lack of communication, car not washed like I was told it would be when I picked it up and there are paint drips on my car near the back where they painted the tailgate.

Repairs took longer than originally projected (which I understand) I made plans around the new timeline and when repairs were finished while I was away which ended up costing me money on the rental - not ideal
