I want nothing more then for people to never take their car to this place. It was the most stressful 6 months of my life.

Customer service is terrible. Called numerous times would get voicemail and nobody would return the call. If someone did answer they would lie to me about how long it will take to finish. They promised the car would be done in January and five months later after a lot of stress and several phone calls to the claims department and calls to other agencies we finally got the car. This is a place I would never recommend to anyone nor would I ever go back to.

Thank you to the young lady who works in the office for checking in on my daughter the next day! My daughter had fallen in the office while we were waiting for the car and she called the next day to check on her, very sweet!

The repairs were very well done and I have no complaints about that but my spare tire, the donut, was not replaced after the repair and clean up. It is a good thing I found out when I was replacing some items in my car, and not when I actually needed it.

It took an extremely long time to get necessary parts for complete repair. Car was returned to me with parts still not installed. Almost 2 months later, I am still waiting for parts.
