I’d tell friends or family they did a good job on their repairs - but they are bad at retuning phone calls and that they make take a month or more to get to work on your car .

I first brought my car in on May 5 to have the car looked at. I was told it would take a few days to order the replacement parts and that they’d call me when I could bring it in. I waited for a callback for 2 weeks and didn’t hear back. I called them and left a message and waited a week for a response and nobody called back. I called the following week and David told me he hadn’t ordered the parts but to bring in in two more weeks…so 5 weeks after I brought it in to be assessed. Nobody called to confirm I was coming or that the parts were in. That being said, it was done a day ahead of the projected schedule, and it looks like the repairs were done well. I was surprised to receive automated text based communications and updates - it would’ve been nice if they started with my first visit since it was very hard to get things going and communication and follow through were not good. I know they’re very busy - but I took my car to Solomon’s because other shops said they couldn’t get to me for a month.

Customer service was fantastic. Would highly recommend for anyone needing auto body repair! Went above and beyond for us! Got there to pick up car and battery had died. They took it to Honda and had the battery replaced for us. (Was under warranty) That didn’t have to be done for us. But they did. Got the repairs done in three days as promised.

Great people and got the job done early! One item to knock it from a 10 to a 9: the right side mirror holder is missing a plastic piece that the team didn't catch. So I need to come back to have it replaced which isn't an ideal thing to have to do.
