I had an excellent experience with this auto body shop after my car was hit while parked at a mall. It was an unoccupied accident, which made the situation a bit more complicated, but they handled everything with patience and professionalism from start to finish. From day we had the car towed there, Scotty and Peyton were both incredibly personable and reassuring. They kept us consistently updated throughout the entire process, which really helped ease the stress of the situation. One thing that stood out was Scotty‘s willingness to hold onto our vehicle for about three weeks while we waited for the other driver’s insurance information to be added to the police report, something that was completely out of our control. He never made us feel rushed or like we were a burden.I truly appreciated how smoothly they handled our situation and would absolutely recommend them to anyone in need of honest and reliable auto body work, and the even better part was that the work they did was amazing, the car looked better then it did before the accident.
