I received updates on my car in the beginning of the repairs. I received an email with a ready date, but never heard from anyone. I called to check if it was really going to be ready. It wasn't. this happened twice. Then I stopped getting updates after about a week and a half of you having my car. I carried to see what the status was. I asked why I was no longer getting updates. I was told thar the computer doesn't follow the car around, so there's no way to give an update. I call BS... and snarky. Clearly someone could have reached out and let me know an approximate time line. Or just don't send misleading emails or texts. The repairs look great. The gentleman i talked to was great. The young lady at the front desk was pleasant most of the time. However, she's the one that gave me the snarky response regarding updates. I would still recommend despite the needless attitude.

2 years ago When my 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee was rear ended by a drunk driver, Scotty and his expert crew brought it back from the brink of beyond repair. 2 1/12 weeks later it was returned to me like nothing ever happened. Remarkable. Most recently my wife's newer model Lexus SUV was hit in a parking lot while she was in a store. Again, Scotty and his crew made quick work 3 days of a full economical restoration like nothing ever happened. My family are customers for life!!
