Excellent. Your customer service agent was knowledgeable and helpful and extremely organized. She gave me an accurate visual estimate and when I called to follow up, she was quickly able to arrange an appointment for me to bring my car in. She communicated well and was prompt in follow up through email and text. She answered my questions and remembered my car and damage immediately.

Never take accountability and off loaded their mistake to the customer.
