The team was very communicative throughout the entire process. When I got my car back after the repair, the entire interior of the car was clean. Trash was thrown out, digital display screen was dusted and cleaned, and floor mats were sprayed down, etc. This was unexpected but a very nice surprise and a beautiful finishing touch. And the repair on my car looks fantastic! Would absolutely recommend to a friend and would very likely come back as a repeat customer!

Still waiting on a part from my lip that is cracked. Overall I think the work done one the car was great. The only issue I had was no one from the body shop called me at all through the 3 or so weeks my car was in the shop. I was doing all the calling to check in and see how the timeline on finishing the car was going. I am also waiting to hear back about the part that was ordered so i guess I will have to call again.

I did not realize it was a 2 part review. When in the body shop the people were amazing. I wish I got the guys name but he is a great great person. No calls to give me a timeline or check in saying delay due to part being ordered nothing though which is giving this a low score

What my eyes and ears witnessed from the front office won't allow me to recommend your shop to anyone let alone my own family member. I told themselves in the shop that I regreted to choose that shop.

I hear continous mechanical sound on the right front tire which I didn't know before. The body repair is really good.

"Dissatsfied" can't even explain my experience at your shop. No one was updating me about my car the first ten days. I had to call and the guy who answered the call said to call me back but he did not. One Saturday I went to the shop but a woman (she said she is there just to help them) couldn't help me and put a note on a yellow sticker and posted it on the desk top computer. I went again the following Monday and the young man on the first front desk disrespect me even saying "you can argue the whole say if you want and you can't change anything). The guy who looks like the manager was there when he said like that and he had been the one keeping me updated and helping me til the end.
