The repair was excellent, it was only the communication that was not ideal.

Only issue: the seat belt warning for the passenger side was being triggered (i.e., it thought someone was sitting in the seat so it was telling me the seat belt needed to be plugged in). I fixed this myself. Otherwise, the repairs and cleaning were excellent. The car looked as good as I have ever seen it.

I first received a call from Charlie who was very helpful and friendly. The day I delivered my car there was a problem that the rental was not there when it was scheduled to be. Deborah immediately made necessary phone calls to get me a ride from Uber to drive me to the nearest Enterprise rental. Somerville Auto always kept me apprised as to the status of the repair work. The communication was excellent. Everyone there was friendly, helpul and professional. I was glad to meet "Juan" who did the actual work on my car so that I could thank him.
