My car was scheduled to be completed on 2/12. I picked up my vehicle on 2/22 and is still pending two more repairs. When I picked up my car and drove home. I noticed the rear wiper wasn’t working properly. It was wiping upside and my driver seat side the seat adjuster cover was broken. The shop was generous to pay for my rental car because they did’t complete the repairs in time. Overall I’m unhappy with the level of service as my car is still pending repairs.

Great customer service, staff helped me arrange rental car while mine was in repairs and easy rental return too. Car was sparkling clean when I picked it up. Repairs took a week longer than originally expected, but overall great experience.
