The repair took about two weeks longer than expected, and when I called after two weeks to see if it was ready I was told they’d call me back with an estimate for how much longer they’d be, but they never did. The work was extremely high quality, and I think it was worth the wait.

The staff at Somerville Auto are very kind and professional. The day that I was scheduled to bring in my vehicle, an unexpected situation occurred. I was informed by the kind woman on the phone that I could take my vehicle in at any time or any day. I was able to take my vehicle in a little later that day, and I was grateful that they were still able to accommodate me. They have subpar customer service.
