Work was good but the lack of communication and amount of time it took to complete the job was unsatisfactory. There are other shops in the area I’ve had better experiences with. I was told to use this by my insurance company.

It took them over 3 weeks to finish the job for my car (the longest ever and my car has had auto body work done multiple times). I had to call them for updates (once a week) since they weren’t communicating with me. I understand getting parts can take time, but it should be communicated to the customer if it’s taking multiple days to receive a part. The job originally was only supposed to take a week. Also it seemed no one was really sure why the job wasn’t completed sooner or the actual status of the job; I would call and then be put on hold or called back hours later with information. The job itself was well done, just wish the communication was better.

No communication. I would have to call to figure out what the status of the job was and why it was taking 2 weeks longer than projected. I was either put on hold or called back hours later after I reached out for information. If a job is taking longer than projected, it needs to be told to the customer. Especially when the customer is needing to pay for a rental car during the process

I recently noticed that the new side mirror is not the same height as the existing. I will follow up with a call as soon as I am able. Otherwise all looked great and the cleaning of car was one of the best job ever.
