It took a long time, but thank you for your work and an immaculate car when I picked it up. Also, one of your employees found a credit card and put it in my cup holder. That was very honest and appreciated.

The service and communication from staff were excellent. Unfortunately, Sound Collision is not an authorized vendor for passenger Rivian. This said, they were very gracious to replace my damaged tire so I can drive to get body repair at Rivian Service Center.

Because of a small scratch on the door that they did at your body shop, they made a big mess in the interior of my car. They handed over the car with a lot of dirt from sanding and the paper they used to protect it from painting was left on the floor at the passenger's place. The technician also left trash and lunch bags.
