First time and hopefully last time I had to use south Houston Nissan collision, but if I had to choose again I would choose these guys. Everyone was polite. When I need to information or a simple question answer there clear and complete answers for them. I can't say I blame the employees at the south Houston Nissan collision for the 2 week wait. There was shipping delays and most likely red tape to get through on the insurance company's side.

I received the best possible service from Alonso and the rest of the crew there. Alonso understood my needs right away and took care of everything. They not only repaired the primary damage, but went above and beyond to repair other minor things as well. Communication was great and they not only did a great job on the repairs but got it done in a timely manner. Top notch service and I would recommend this company to anyone.
