When I dropped the vehicle I told that we hit a cabinet furniture that dropped from the truck in front us and we drove over which damaged beyond the bumper and I showed underneath the vehicle where the wood also damaged. I asked to do a full review underneath to see if anything else was damaged. The person who took the vehicle said “to do not worry that they would do a full inspections and identify everything else that need to be fixed”. Clearly that did not happen and now I wonder what else needs to be fixed. I do not believe anyone took the time to do a full review. Otherwise they would have fixed what I showed them and took the picture. So what is the next step here?. My wife and son showed before taking the car and they were told that someone will contact us to bring the car back. Please advise.
