I was not satisfied because the bumper was not the same. The original bumper had a chrome plate on it. The bumper, the ambassador put was all plastic.

When I called Ambassador , Fernando Luna answered and provided excellent customer service. He explained the repair process in detail and made sure I understood each step. When I arrived at the shop, I was impressed by how smoothly everything was handled. Fernando had already contacted Enterprise so they could pick me up for my rental vehicle, and the wait was only about 10 minutes, which was very convenient. What stood out the most was Fernando’s dedication to customer care. I had accidentally left my driver’s license at the shop, and he personally took the time to bring it to me at Enterprise. That level of service was truly above and beyond. I had been involved in two separate car accidents one affecting the rear of my vehicle and another on the side. Initially I only brought my car in for the rear repairs and told Fernando that if I was satisfied with the work, I would return for the side repairs. I was so impressed with the quality of their work that I brought my vehicle back for the second repair. The repairs took about a week and my vehicle was returned in perfect condition. The workmanship was excellent and I am extremely satisfied with the overall experience.
