I contacted them on Thursday about having a minor repair done. I had an estimate but the time I got home. I dropped my car off Sunday evening utilizing the after hours drop box. They contacted me Tuesday morning that the repair was complete. Very reasonable and excellent work.

I was impressed from the estimate to finish. South Lyon Collision worked with my insurance company, obtained the best parts and quickly turned the repair around on my vehicle. I appreciated their consideration to keep my in my car until the parts arrived. You hear horror stories of cars taking months for repair at different shops. Not here. They do not want your car until they are ready to work on it and they do not want to keep it longer than necessary. To my surprise they detailed my car before I picked it up and the work and paint was beautiful. It looked like I was driving off a showroom floor.
