I was a bit worried when I dropped off my car and was told they may ship it to a different location. It was shipped to South Lyon .I was told 3 weeks. It took 2 weeks and looks great!

This is the second time in 1 year that I’ve had to have my truck repaired at your facility. And I would like to say that I am very pleased with the way my F150 truck turned out. Also, I really enjoyed getting the timely updates from Hannah. She was so professional and explained the whole process to me and kept me informed through the whole process. She is truly great at her job.

The repair was great, but the insurance gave the 3rd market part and it didnot fit the vehicle well, we see a clear gap. They are good to go back for insurance and request for the oem part.
