Caliber was fantastic to deal with after hitting a deer. The shop was excellent to communicate with and the staff was very friendly. The repairs came out wonderful. I can't say enough about the Caliber team.

Estimate provided was different than actual cost. Rep should have called to discuss changes in estimate with explanation why it was needed. Difference was $600 which is high.
