I have been very pleased with the workmanship in the past and on this last repair. I also appreciate the extras that you do for me. However, this time, I received my vehicle back incomplete of repairs. The drivers window was not tinted and the rain diverter was broken on removal and not replaced. I found it in the bed of my truck broken. It was discussed that the rain diverters would be replaced because the left passenger door diverter popped off in the collision and was run over by a passing vehicle. Repaired vehicles should be returned completed and not putting the responsibility on the owner to complete the repairs. I addressed the window tinting with the office manager and was told 'we don't do window tinting'. To me, this is unacceptable. I work excessive hours and now I have to take time off to get this done and will be inconvenienced again coordinating having my truck out for a day to get this done. This is unacceptable to me. I have never had a vehicle returned to me from a body shop not completed.

As stated in my prior comment, being told 'we don't do window tinting' is unacceptable. This should have been coordinated between South Lyon Collision and the referred tinting shop while the truck was in for repair.
