They will update you about status of the repair. They even accomodated my request to reinstall the carpet from a previous interior damage at no cost.

I had a fender bender and when I took my car to South Riding Collision, Shafeek took a look and told me immediately that my car was undrivable. That was it….things went into gear and when I got my car back 5 days later it looked good as new. They did an amazing job.
