I am unsure where the disconnect was but it took almost a week of making calls to South Riding and my insurance company to find out why SRAC had given an estimate which my insurance had accepted but work had not begun. Once started I had no problem with SRACs handling of the work and so far have not found any of the work to be unsatisfactory.

The repair job on my car was handled very smoothly. I was updated regularly on the progress. I got the car back a day later than promised. But that was due to parts, so no complaints there. Thank you for the good job.
