Cannot say enough good things about South Riding customer service. Fixed the vehicle on schedule. Then, prior to pick up we had unforeseen health issues requiring and were not able to pick vehicle up. South riding was patient and did not pressure us. Elizabeth simply let us know the vehicle is safe and for us to take care of family needs, and to give her a heads up when ready to pick up so she could have it washed again.

I have had the best repair shop experience ever at South Riding Auto Collision. From the first phone conversation to schedule a drop off to my pick up day, the staff were very friendly and extremely professional. The repair was perfect; it was as if the damage to my car never happened. I would like to thank the entire staff of SRAC for giving me a wonderful experience and for a job well done. The car stunk of cigarette smoke. The preset choice for the driver's seat position was changed and saved to fit a much shorter person. The switch controlling the lights on the inside of the car was moved from turning on when the doors were opened to being off. I see no reason for the two changes to how the car worked and feel there is no excuse for smoking while in a client's car.
