This process took way to long! We went weeks without updates and err given co flirting information on at least two occasions. I would not recommend this location for service.

There were problems but I was and am quite pleased with how the car looks. Thank you. There needs to be more ongoing communication between the customer and SSC. I was told you'd have the car 3 days, it was 5. It was inconsiderate to expect me to find a ride at the last minute DURING rush hour to come pick up my car. If I do have to leave a message, the call must be returned within 30 minutes, that's only professional. I won't be using SSC again and that's too bad because until this time, I was quite happy with SSC. I apologize for being so nasty, I could have handled my impatience better. Again, the car looks great but SSC has some customer service issues. Thank you.

Any time I called and requested a call-back, I never recieved one. If a voicemail is left, or your employee says that they will call me back once they get the answer to my question, I expect to be called.
