I appreciate the text updates, but if I could make one suggestion it would be to give an estimate of remaining time/days when available. My repair took longer than estimated, which is OK, but it would have been nice to know that the work was being extended.

Communication is poor. Sent update texts that didn’t provide any information. Took three weeks to get car fixed. Part of this was backordered parts so not at the fault of south side. Have an error message on car still and south side refused to even look at or consider had something to do with accident. Willing to do bare minimum to get paid. And tried to make me feel bad because they sourced parts for me stating they went out of their way to get parts. When actually that’s part of the job.
