The service as far as my vehicle was great but the way I felt like I was treated was not so great. I felt like the new staff member I dealt with was a little rude at times as well as the person he reported back to for assistance. I felt like they were talking down at me instead of talking to me. I also felt like they didn’t value my time and I also felt a little rushed/threaten like I need to pick my vehicle up now or else. I just didn’t feel like their customer service was up to part because I’m bringing business not taking anything away from them so I feel like they could have been nicer, but I do love the way my car looks, sounds, and rides!

I am really satisfied with my repair. I cannot tell that the front of my truck was damaged. The repair was completed in a shorter time than I expected. Southside Collision made the pick up and drop off process for the rental car easier. I will definitely recommend Southside Collision to everyone who is in need of an auto body shop.
