Customer Service could have been a LOT better. There was a delay of when my car would be ready and I had to call you to find out about it. You should have been pro-active in reaching out to me and letting me know there were issues.

South Side auto body did a great job. I would definitely recommend this body shop to anybody. I know I’ve had my automobiles in there like four times and they have done a great job. It’s a family business. It’s been around for a while. It’s not like somebody’s big companies that rip you off. South Side does a great job.
